Liv Plus Home Healthcare is looking for an exceptional Customer Support \& Sales Executive to manage incoming leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.

This role requires outstanding communication, professionalism, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• *Responsibilities**

• Respond to all client inquiries via WhatsApp and phone.
• Reply to every message within **60 seconds** during working hours.
• Follow up with clients consistently until a booking is confirmed.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Provide accurate information about our services with confidence and professionalism.
• Deliver a world\-class customer experience in every interaction.

• *Requirements**

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer support, sales, or telesales.
• Strong sales mindset with the ability to build trust and close bookings.
• Self\-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

We’re looking for someone who communicates at **global standards**, responds quickly, follows up consistently, and takes ownership of converting every qualified lead into a confirmed booking.
