• *About the role**

We are hiring Customer Support Associates to assist customers of leading global brands. The role involves handling customer queries and providing support through voice, chat, and email. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• *Responsibilities**

• Handle customer queries by voice, chat, or email
• Understand customer needs and offer clear, accurate solutions
• Meet targets for customer satisfaction (CSAT), quality, and productivity
• Record all customer interactions accurately in the CRM
• Escalate complex technical or account issues to the right team
• Follow company policies and data security standards

• *Requirements**

• Intermediate (Class 12\) or equivalent
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Basic computer skills and good typing speed
• Customer\-focused approach with strong problem\-solving skills
• Ability to work from our Bangalore office on rotational and night shifts

• *Preferred (not mandatory)**

• Experience in BPO, customer support, or international voice processes (up to 12 years)
• Experience supporting US, UK, or other global customers
