Customer Support Specialist

• Call and follow up with potential customers who have shown interest through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead forms.
• Communicate politely and effectively to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Explain product details, offers, and services clearly and persuasively.
• Generate interest and schedule showroom visits or design consultations.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls, conversations, and follow\-ups in CRM/Google Sheets.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth lead flow and feedback sharing.
• Excellent verbal communication in **Tamil and English** (Hindi is a plus).

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
