About the Role

Young Minds Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dedicated and customer\-focused Support Specialists to assist clients, resolve queries, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, problem\-solving abilities, and a passion for helping customers.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and other communication channels

Provide timely and accurate information regarding products and services

Resolve customer issues and escalate complex concerns when required

Maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders

Track and document customer interactions and support activities

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality

Assist in maintaining customer records and support documentation

Contribute to improving customer support processes and service standards

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong customer service and relationship management abilities

Problem\-solving and analytical thinking skills

Patience, professionalism, and attention to detail

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Basic computer and MS Office knowledge

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Eligibility

Any Graduate (BBA, BBM, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, B.Tech, MBA)

Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply

Prior experience in customer support, client relations, telecalling, or service operations is an added advantage
