The SAS Customer Intelligence Customer Experience Team is looking for a Digital Designer to create industry leading professional content designs for customer adoption content.
Our team focuses on improving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention by helping the customers in increasing the value of their investments and driving initiatives that enhance their overall experience.
As a Digital Designer in the Customer Experience Team, you will be responsible for working with subject matter experts to create digital content designs which will present adoption content in a variety of digital formats and publication in learning platforms, blog sites, community forums, and knowledge repositories. The content designs are expected to adhere to industry best practices for creating publications and digital content.
You will be expected to work on creating content with a focus on clarity, engagement, and consistency across touchpoints. The typical digital assets for which design template will be required include (but not limited to) Dashboards \& Reports, Knowledge Base and playbooks, Internal and External Newsletters and updates, Training or Enablement Materials including microlearning content, Customer Onboarding Guides, Self Service Portals, Interactive Content like quizzes, surveys, Case Studies and Success Stories, Social Media and Blog Content, Fact Sheets etc.
