• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a knowledgeable trainer to teach cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, and networking. The ideal candidate can explain technical topics clearly and deliver practical, hands\-on training to learners with different skill levels.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Plan and deliver training sessions on cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, and networking.
• Teach cybersecurity fundamentals, common threats, safe practices, and incident response basics.
• Train learners to use Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Cover Microsoft 365 administration, user management, permissions, and security settings.
• Teach networking topics such as TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching.
• Demonstrate network troubleshooting and security practices through practical exercises.
• Prepare course materials, presentations, lab guides, and assessments.
• Assess learner progress and provide feedback.
• Keep training materials current and maintain a supportive learning environment.

• *Requirements:**

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, Microsoft 365, and networking.
• Experience in technical training, teaching, mentoring, or coaching.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching.
• Hands\-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and administration.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners and mixed\-skill groups.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Security\+, Network\+, or Microsoft certifications are an added advantage.
