Role Cybersecurity Storyteller / Pursuit Strategist – India Market

We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Storyteller / Pursuit Strategist to drive deal\-winning narratives and executive positioning for large and strategic cybersecurity pursuits, across industries in the India market.

1\. Education: Bachelor’s in computer applications / computer science or Cybersecurity along with MBA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2\. Experience: 12\+ years in consulting / presales / strategy / business storytelling Cybersecurity for India market. 3\. Domain Expertise: · Strong understanding of cybersecurity landscape, trends \& Industry Standards (mandatory) · Exposure and understanding of regulated industries (especially BFSI) is highly desirable · Deep understanding of cyber threats, adversary behaviors, and defense frameworks to develop credible, high\-impact security scenarios

Own End\-to\-End Deal Storytelling · Craft compelling narratives across proposals, presentations, and client discussions · Ensure consistency from: · Problem articulation to Value proposition to Solution positioning to Outcome messaging · Build CXO\-ready executive summaries and board\-level narratives

Shape Strategic Pursuit Positioning · Develop win themes, differentiators, and value positioning · Align messaging to: Client priorities, Industry context (RBI, IRDAI, DPDP), Business outcomes \& pain points

Translate Technical Solutions into Business Impact · Convert complex cybersecurity architectures into: Business value, Risk reduction, Regulatory impact narratives · Anchor messaging for CIO / CISO / CRO / CTO / Business leaders / Boards \& Executives

Cross\-Functional and Partner Collaboration · Work with Sales and Solutioning teams during deal shaping to craft compelling narratives and deliver high\-impact proposals and executive summaries that strengthen deal conversion · Collaborate with partner technical and sales teams to co\-create integrated solutions and joint narratives, ensuring clear differentiation and aligned go\-to\-market positioning · Enable internal teams through reusable collaterals, playbooks, and storytelling frameworks, driving consistency, scalability, and faster pursuit execution
