Cybersecurity Business Analyst

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Gather, analyses, and document business and technical requirements.
• Develop and support Target Operating Models (TOM) and cybersecurity strategies.
• Prepare user stories, use cases, process maps, and acceptance test scenarios.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, project managers, IT teams, and vendors.
• Prepare test plans and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and delivery issues.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and operational processes.
• Support project implementation, business transition, and junior Business Analysts.

• *Required Skills and Qualifications**

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Analyst.
• Experience in business requirements gathering and IT solution delivery.
• Knowledge of Target Operating Models (TOM) and strategy development.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum or SAFe.
• Good understanding of business process documentation and testing.
• Hands\-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, planning, and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and work with multiple stakeholders.

Pay: ₹900,000\.00 \- ₹1,200,000\.00 per year
