• *About the Role**

We are building a cybersecurity solutions business to help companies identify vulnerabilities, strengthen their security and meet customer and compliance requirements. We are looking for a hands\-on cybersecurity professional who can develop our service offerings, lead technical delivery and support customer acquisition through consultations, demonstrations and proposals.

Our services will include Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT), cybersecurity audits, risk and compliance management, cloud security assessments, and authorised red team exercises. We also plan to offer employee security awareness training and phishing simulations.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop cybersecurity service packages, assessment methodologies, delivery processes and customer reports.
• Conduct and coordinate VAPT for web applications, APIs, networks and cloud environments.
• Assess security controls, explain business risks and recommend practical remediation measures.
• Support security audits, risk assessments and compliance readiness engagements.
• Select and integrate suitable security tools; build scripts, automation and reporting dashboards to improve delivery.
• Work with customers to understand requirements, conduct discovery calls and present relevant solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, scopes of work, effort estimates and pricing inputs.
• Deliver demonstrations and proof\-of\-concept engagements, handle technical objections and support deal closure.
• Coordinate specialist resources for advanced red teaming, audits or other engagements.
• Ensure all security testing follows written customer authorisation, agreed scope and appropriate data\-handling practices.

• *Required Skills and Experience**

• Hands\-on experience delivering VAPT or related cybersecurity assessments for business customers.
• Strong understanding of application and API security, networking, operating systems and common vulnerabilities.
• Practical experience with tools such as Burp Suite, Nmap, Nessus, OpenVAS or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of AWS, Azure or Google Cloud security, including identity, access and configuration reviews.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as OWASP, ISO 27001, NIST and CIS Controls.
• Ability to produce clear reports covering findings, severity, business impact and remediation.
• Experience in customer discussions, technical presentations, solution scoping or presales.
• Strong communication, ownership and ability to work independently in a growing business.

• *Good to Have**

• Experience with red teaming, security awareness platforms or phishing simulation programmes.
• Exposure to SIEM, endpoint security, incident response or managed security services.
• Python, Bash or PowerShell scripting and experience using AI tools to improve security workflows.
• Experience supporting Indian or international compliance requirements and customer security questionnaires.
• Relevant certifications such as OSCP, PNPT, eJPT, CEH, cloud security certifications or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
• Previous experience helping a cybersecurity company develop offerings and acquire customers.

• *Qualifications**

BE/BTech, BSc, BCA, MCA or a related qualification. Candidates with strong practical experience and demonstrable projects will also be considered.
