We are looking for an experienced **D2C Growth Manager** to drive growth across both **marketplaces** and **D2C websites** . The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of marketplace operations, website growth, e\-commerce technology, and business strategy.
This role requires someone who can confidently lead discussions with founders and CXO\-level stakeholders, identify growth opportunities through data, and collaborate with internal teams to execute scalable growth strategies.**Location:** Royal Oak Office**Key Responsibilities:**

### **D2C \& Marketplace Growth**
- Develop and execute growth strategies for brands across Amazon, Flipkart, and D2C websites.
- Drive sales planning, category growth, and overall business performance.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition.
- Monitor key business metrics and recommend actionable growth initiatives.
### **Marketplace Management**
- Manage marketplace operations across Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Flipkart Marketplace.
- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on:
+ Amazon Marketing Services (AMS)
+ Amazon PPC
+ Flipkart Ads
- Improve campaign performance through keyword optimization, bid management, budget allocation, and performance analysis.
- Ensure smooth marketplace operations including catalog management, inventory coordination, and marketplace compliance.
### **Website Growth \& Optimization**
- Lead growth initiatives for Shopify\-based D2C websites.
- Work closely with technology and design teams on website enhancements.
- Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives to improve user experience and sales.
- Recommend UI/UX improvements to increase engagement and conversions.
- Knowledge of Magento is an added advantage.
### **Technology \& Digital Experience**
- Collaborate with development teams on Shopify and Magento projects.
- Identify opportunities for website improvements, automation, and customer experience enhancements.
- Support implementation of new features and technology solutions to improve business performance.
### **Stakeholder Management**
- Independently lead meetings with founders, CXOs, and senior stakeholders.
- Present business performance, growth strategies, and quarterly plans.
- Build strong long\-term relationships with clients through strategic consulting and proactive communication.
- Manage both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
### **Data Analysis \& Reporting**
- Analyze marketplace, website, and advertising performance.
- Prepare business reports and growth dashboards.
- Use data and commercial insights to support strategic decision\-making.
- Track category performance, sales trends, profitability, and growth opportunities.

### **Marketplace Expertise**
- Strong understanding of Amazon and Flipkart marketplace ecosystems.
- Hands\-on experience with:
+ Amazon Seller Central

+ Amazon Marketing Services (AMS)

+ Flipkart Ads
+ Flipkart Marketplace Operations
- Strong understanding of marketplace growth metrics, category management, and business scaling.
### **D2C \& Website Growth**
- Proven experience in scaling brands through Shopify websites.
- Experience with Magento is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of website merchandising, UI/UX improvements, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
### **Business \& Leadership**
- Ability to confidently lead meetings with CXO\-level stakeholders and founders.
- Strong sales planning and category growth experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
### **Analytical Skills**
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities with excellent business acumen.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to translate business data into actionable growth strategies.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, E\-commerce, or a related field.
- **4–6 years** of experience in D2C growth, e\-commerce, or marketplace management.
- Prior experience with an e\-commerce agency or marketplace service provider is preferred.
- Strong experience with Amazon marketplace operations, Vendor Central, AMS, Amazon PPC, and Flipkart Ads.
- Experience managing and scaling Shopify\-based D2C brands.
- Knowledge of Shopify development, Magento, UI/UX, and CRO.
- High proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and marketplace tools.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
