D365 BC: Functional Consultant (Ahmedabad)

• *Experience : 2 to 6 years**

• *Location:** Ahmedabad

• *Project Exposure**: Minimum experience in **1 end\-to\-end implementation project or 2–3 support**

• *Responsibilities**

• Lead and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation and support projects.
• Gather, analyze and document business requirements from clients.
• Prepare project documentation, including User Requirement Specifications (URS), Functional Design Documents (FDD), Functional Testing Documents and User Manuals.
• Configure Business Central solutions to meet business requirements and industry best practices.
• Conduct functional testing of both standard and customized system functionalities.
• Deliver product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs and user training sessions.
• Design business solutions and recommend process improvements using Business Central capabilities.
• Provide functional support during implementation, go\-live, and post\-implementation phases.
• Collaborate with technical consultants to ensure successful delivery of customizations and integrations.
• Manage client communications effectively and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated on the latest features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

**Candidate Profile**

• Proven experience as a functional consultant implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• In\-depth knowledge of D365 Business Central modules, including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing and Project Management.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into system requirements.
• Minimum 1 implementation project at domestic or international level.
• Experience working with domestic clients is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• **Ready to travel client site as and when required.**
