###### **About This Role**

We are looking for motivated interns who want to build a career as a Dynamics 365 Finance \& Operations (F\&O) Technical Consultant. This is an internship plus job opportunity: you will spend the 6\-month internship period learning D365 F\&O development under the guidance of experienced consultants, working alongside live project teams, and, if you meet the expectations of the intership program, move into a full\-time Associate Technical Consultant role.

You do not need any prior Dynamics 365 or X\+\+ experience. What we need is a solid programming foundation in C\# and .NET, curiosity, a willingness to learn quickly, and the communication skills to grow into a client facing role. Over time, you will learn to build extensions, integrations, and data migrations for D365 F\&O, and to explain technical details to business stakeholders in clear language.

###### **Key Responsibilities**

• Get a grounding in D365 F\&O architecture, the Finance and Supply Chain modules, and the application data model.
• Learn X\+\+ and the D365 extension framework, including Chain of Command and event handlers, following the “extend, don’t over\-layer” principle.
• Work hands\-on with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps (repos, work items, pipelines) and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
• Assist senior consultants in building and unit testing small extensions, form and table changes, and reports.
• Support integration work using the Data Management Framework (DMF), OData, custom services, and Azure components such as Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
• Help with data profiling, mapping, DMF entity setup, loading, and reconciliation as part of data migration activities.
• Investigate and fix defects raised during testing and UAT, with guidance from the team.
• Write and maintain design notes, test cases, and hand\-over documents.
• Work toward Microsoft certifications such as MB\-500 (F\&O Developer), with Azure Fundamentals as a good starting point.
• Take part in daily stand\-ups and internal design walkthroughs and share clear progress updates.
• Gradually take on client interaction, starting with notetaking and status updates and growing into owning small workstreams.
• Raise blockers early and keep action items and risks up to date.

###### **Skills Required**

• Strong logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem\-solving abilities.
• Basic understanding of programming fundamentals and debugging concepts.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive attitude, ownership, and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, including queries, and an understanding of relational databases.

###### **Preferred Skills**

• Projects built using .NET, Web APIs, or Entity Framework.
• Basic knowledge of Azure, Power Platform, or any ERP/CRM system.
• Familiarity with Git or Azure DevOps.
• Interest in finance, supply chain, or ERP concepts.
• Any relevant certification or online course, such as Azure Fundamentals or Microsoft Learn paths.

###### **Qualifications**

• B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / BCA / M.Sc. (IT/CS) or an equivalent degree (2025 or 2026 graduates).
