Data Analyst

• Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
• Develop and maintain business performance dashboards, MIS reports, and management reports using **Advanced Microsoft Excel**.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports for senior management.
• Analyze sales, revenue, customer, and operational data to provide actionable business insights.
• Create automated reports using Advanced Excel functions, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Macros, and VBA (preferred).
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvement initiatives based on data analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities through detailed data analysis.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process optimization strategies.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and prepare functional documentation.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to management through reports and presentations.
• Ensure timely delivery of accurate reports while maintaining data confidentiality and integrity.

• *Qualifications and Education Requirements**

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Business Analytics or Data Analytics will be an added advantage.

• *Preferred Skills**

• **Advanced Microsoft Excel (Mandatory)** – Expertise in Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, XLOOKUP, INDEX\-MATCH, Power Query, Power Pivot, Macros, VBA, Dashboards, and Complex Formulas.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Strong understanding of business reporting, MIS, and KPI tracking.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the Healthcare, Beauty, Retail, or Service industry is an added advantage.

• **3–5 years** of experience is a must as a Business Analyst, MIS Analyst, Data Analyst, or a similar analytical role.
• **Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise is mandatory.**

• Hands\-on experience with data analysis, reporting automation, and business performance tracking is highly preferred.
