Data Analyst/Business Analyst

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Prepare and analyse daily sales reports, cluster performance reports, and business MIS.
• Support inventory analysis, stock monitoring, consumption tracking, and variance analysis.
• Develop, maintain, and upgrade Power BI dashboards to improve business visibility and decision\-making.
• Automate repetitive reporting processes and improve existing workflows.
• Analyse business trends, identify performance deviations, and provide actionable insights.
• Leverage SQL, Python, and AI tools to streamline data processing, reporting, and business analysis.

• *Candidate Requirements:**

• **Educational background:** Finance, Commerce, or a related business field.
• **Core skills:** Advanced Excel, Power BI, data analysis, and reporting.
• **Technical skills:** Working knowledge of SQL, Python, Power Query, and DAX.
• **AI and automation:** Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to identify opportunities for reporting automation and process improvement.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem\-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.

We are looking for a **business\-focused Data Analyst with a finance\-oriented background and an interest in technology, automation, and AI**, rather than a purely IT or software development profile. Experience in restaurant, retail, inventory, or multi\-outlet operations will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
