Job Description
- *Data Analyst – GCP Data Analysis \& Requirements**
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical data specifications.
- Create data mapping documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Work with SMEs, stakeholders, and Data Architects to validate data models and business rules.
Perform data profiling, data validation, and reconciliation activities.Define and monitor data quality rules, including null checks, row count validation, and schema drift checks.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate transformed data against source systems.Maintain data dictionaries, business glossaries, and metadata/catalog documentation.Manage requirements and sprint activities using Jira.- 8–10 years of experience in Data Analysis and Requirements Engineering.
- Strong hands\-on experience with BigQuery SQL.
- Experience working on GCP data platforms.
- Knowledge of Dataplex, Data Catalog, and data quality frameworks.
- Expertise in data mapping, requirements gathering, and business rule definition.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira.
- Strong stakeholder and SME interaction skills.
- Experience supporting UAT and data validation activities.
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or PeopleSoft.
- Exposure to reporting and analytics tools like Looker Studio.
- Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data lineage concepts.
Pay: ₹80,000\.00 \- ₹110,000\.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka
