Data Analyst

EdFuture, powered by Gokulam, is looking for a detail\-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, process, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to convert complex data into meaningful insights and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Use SQL to extract, filter, and analyze data from databases.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports.
• Identify data inconsistencies and recommend improvements in data quality.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand business requirements.
• Present analytical findings and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Advance microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.
• Understanding of data cleaning, data visualization, and statistical analysis.
• Analytical thinking and problem\-solving abilities.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Python and libraries such as Pandas and NumPy is an advantage.
• Experience working with dashboards, reports, and business data is preferred.
• Relevant certifications or academic projects in Data Analytics are an added advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Accuracy and reliability of reports.
• Timely completion of reporting tasks.
• Quality and effectiveness of dashboards.
• Ability to identify meaningful trends and insights.
• Efficiency in data processing and reporting.
• Candidates with 4\+ years of relevant experience, strong Advanced Excel expertise, and proven capabilities in MIS reporting, dashboard development, and data analysis will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹17,200\.00 per month
