Job Summary

We are looking for a detail\-oriented Data Analyst with experience in data mining, data modeling, and customer data management. The ideal candidate should be proficient in data structures, have hands\-on experience with Zoho for data maintenance, and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data mining and data analysis to identify trends and insights.
• Organize, maintain, and manage customer data accurately.
• Develop and maintain structured data models and databases.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Use Zoho tools to maintain, update, and manage customer records.
• Prepare reports and support data\-driven decision\-making.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective data management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Good experience in data mining and data modeling.
• Proficiency in data structures and customer data management.
• Hands\-on experience with Zoho for data maintenance and management.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Night shift
