Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Founder's Office Analyst to work closely with the Founder on strategic initiatives, business analysis, research, and operational projects. This is a fast\-paced role that requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to solve complex business problems using data and insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Founder in executing strategic and business\-critical initiatives.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify opportunities and risks.
- Analyze business performance and prepare actionable insights for decision\-making.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and financial/business models using Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare professional presentations, reports, and business documents using PowerPoint and Word.
- Gather, organize, and interpret data to support strategic planning.
- Coordinate with cross\-functional teams to track project progress and ensure timely execution.
- Assist in preparing business reviews, investor presentations, and management reports.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend data\-driven solutions.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects as assigned by the Founder.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX\-MATCH, Charts, Basic Formulas, Data Analysis).
- Strong working knowledge of **Microsoft PowerPoint** for creating executive\-level presentations.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Word** for documentation and report preparation.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem\-solving ability.
- Research and data interpretation skills.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, business analysis, research, or a Founder's Office role (fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply).
- Experience with business analytics or reporting tools is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
