Job Summary

We are seeking an Automation Engineer to automate academic, operational, and financial processes across our EdTech platform. The ideal candidate will develop automation solutions that improve student management, admissions, fee collection, financial reporting, and business operations while ensuring data security and accuracy. The role blends software automation, data engineering, and finance process optimization. Similar roles in the education sector increasingly combine automation with finance operations, ERP integration, and audit\-ready reporting.

• *Key Responsibilities**

Design and maintain workflow automation for admissions, student enrollment, attendance, examinations, and certification.

Automate fee collection, invoice generation, payment reconciliation, refunds, and receipt generation.

Develop dashboards for student performance, revenue, expenses, and operational KPIs.

Integrate CRM, ERP, LMS, payment gateways, and accounting software using APIs.

Build ETL pipelines for student, academic, and financial data.

Automate financial reports, monthly MIS, cash flow, and budget reports.

Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot workflow failures.

Ensure data security, backup, compliance, and audit readiness.

Collaborate with academic, finance, and management teams to identify automation opportunities.

Document automation workflows and provide technical support and training.

Python, SQL, JavaScript

Power Automate, UiPath, Zapier, Make.com, or Automation Anywhere

REST APIs and Webhooks

Understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and ERP systems is an advantage.

Financial Data Responsibilities

Automate fee collection and payment reconciliation.

Generate revenue and expense reports.

Track student dues and outstanding balances.

Prepare financial dashboards for management.

Support budgeting and forecasting through automated reports.

Ensure financial data accuracy, security, and compliance

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month

Work Location: In person
