Data Analyst

• *Work From Office Gurgaon**

We are looking for an analytical, detail\-oriented, and proactive Data Analyst to join our Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills, advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, experience with BI tools, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Analyze sales, revenue, margins, customer trends, and business performance to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
• Evaluate product pricing, supplier costs, discounts, shipping costs, returns, and profitability to support pricing decisions.
• Extract, clean, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency across business datasets.
• Develop dashboards, track KPIs, automate reports, and present actionable insights using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with Canada\-based and cross\-functional teams to support forecasting, root\-cause analysis, business planning, and process improvement.

• *Required Qualifications \& Skills**

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel and Google Sheets, and hands\-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Working knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy), data cleaning, statistical analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and logical reasoning skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• 2–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Business Analytics.
• Experience in e\-commerce, retail, automotive, or supply chain analytics, preferably covering sales, pricing, profitability, inventory, or procurement.
• Familiarity with reporting automation, ETL processes, databases, SKU management, product catalogs, and demand forecasting is an advantage.

Pay: ₹700,000\.00 \- ₹1,000,000\.00 per year
