Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail\-oriented and analytical **Data Analyst** to join our team. In this role, you will turn data into actionable insights, helping to drive strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in **data mining**, **statistical analysis**, and **data visualization**, with a proven ability to translate complex **datasets** into clear, executive\-ready reports and dashboards.

• Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex **datasets** from multiple internal and external data sources.
• Design, build, and maintain interactive **data dashboards** and automated reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Interpret data trends, analyze patterns, and perform **predictive analysis** to identify business opportunities and operational efficiencies.
• Conduct ad\-hoc **business intelligence** requests and present findings clearly to stakeholders and cross\-functional teams.
• Ensure data integrity and quality by developing robust **data validation** and quality control processes.
• Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to optimize **data pipelines**, data warehousing strategies, and reporting infrastructure.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• **Technical Background:** Proven professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar quantitative role.
• **Database \& Querying:** Strong proficiency in **SQL** (writing complex queries, joins, and data extraction).
• **Data Visualization:** Hands\-on experience creating advanced dashboards using business intelligence tools such as **Power BI** or **Tableau**.
• **Programming Skills:** Professional experience using **Python** or **R** for statistical analysis, data manipulation, and automation (using libraries like Pandas, NumPy, or tidyverse).
• **Spreadsheets:** Advanced knowledge of Microsoft **Excel** (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas).
• **Analytical Skills:** Strong background in statistical methodologies, quantitative analysis, and **data modeling**.
• **Communication:** Exceptional communication skills with the ability to tell a story through data to non\-technical team members.
