Data Analyst

• *ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to support our Private Wealth Business Development team in expanding analytics and reporting capabilities globally. This role partners closely with COE and Blackstone teams, offering high\-impact exposure to global wealth management operations and data\-driven decision making.

• *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

• Prepare recurring sales and fundraise reporting across Private Wealth sales channels and products with a strong focus on accuracy
• Manipulate large, complex datasets to generate analytics and track efficiency of sales and marketing initiatives across global business
• Assist in the ongoing maintenance of the global CRM system and data infrastructure platform
• Create recurring and ad\-hoc Salesforce campaigns to enable timely and accurate distribution of sales/marketing emails to 30,000\+ recipients
• Generate actionable business insights through analysis of key initiatives and performance metrics
• Collaborate across global teams to support business development and reporting functions

• *REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**

• MBA – Finance with a strong academic record
• 2–4 years of experience in a Finance domain role
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem\-solving skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Knowledge and proficiency in Tableau \& Sigma (preferred)
• Experience with Salesforce CRM (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — both written and verbal
• Highly motivated and driven with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and ability to multi\-task

• **Work Mode:** Hybrid – 4 Days Office / 1 Day WFH
• **Shift Timings:** 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM OR 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• **Experience:** 2–4 Years (Finance Domain)
• **Qualification:** MBA – Finance

Pay: ₹700,000\.00 \- ₹1,400,000\.00 per year
