Data Analyst

Job Summary

A Data Analyst collects, processes, and analyzes data to help organizations make informed business decisions. They identify trends, create reports and dashboards, and provide actionable insights to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Develop and maintain databases and data systems.
• Interpret data and present findings to management and stakeholders.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand data requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Support decision\-making through data\-driven recommendations.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of **SQL** for data querying.
• Proficiency in **Excel** (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query).
• Experience with **Power BI**, Tableau, or other visualization tools.
• Basic knowledge of **Python** or **R** for data analysis.
• Understanding of statistics and data modeling.
• Problem\-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 0\-3\+ years of experience in data analysis (depending on role level).
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Power BI, Google Data Analytics, or SQL certifications are a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
