Data Analyst-Team Lead

• *Unistanz Software Private Limited** is seeking experienced and results\-driven **Data Analyst Team Leads** to lead our analytics team, drive data\-driven decision\-making, and deliver actionable business insights.

The ideal candidate should have **strong expertise in Advanced Excel (VBA Macros preferred)**, data analysis, visualization, reporting, and business intelligence tools, along with proven leadership capabilities. **Data Massaging, Data Visualization, and Data Analysis are mandatory skills, while collaborating with Business Heads and Strategy Teams to deliver high\-quality analytics solutions that support organizational objectives.**

• *Experience:** 4\- 7 years

• *Positions :** 2 ( 5 to 6 years Team lead experience \& at least 2 years of Team Lead experience) Client Work Location: Lower Parel/ Chinchpokli (Mon \- Fri)

• *Key Responsibilities**

Team Leadership \& Management **Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Data Analysts.**

• *Data Analysis \& Reporting**

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities. **Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs.** Convert complex data into actionable business insights. **Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of analytical outputs.**

• *Business Intelligence \& Strategy( 5 years as Team Lead exp candidates should possess)** Collaborate with business leaders to understand reporting and analytical needs. **Support strategic decisions through data\-driven recommendations.** Identify process improvement and operational efficiency opportunities. **Monitor key business metrics and recommend corrective actions**

• *Data Management** Work with structured and unstructured large data from multiple sources. **Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance standards.** Coordinate with IT and data teams to enhance data architecture. **Develop and maintain data validation processes.**

• *Required Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent relevant experience.

• *Good Communication Skills**

4\-7 years of experience in Data Analytics and Business Analytics

• *At least 2 years or 5 to 6 years experience in Team Leading**

Strong analytical, problem\-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

• *Expertise in Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, VLookup, HLookup) for data analysis. Automate reporting tasks using Macros. VBA Coding is a plus.**

Knowledge on Python would be plus **Life Insurance, General Insurance, or Banking domain experience will be an added advantage.**

Pay: ₹500,000\.00 \- ₹700,000\.00 per year
