We are looking for a motivated **Data Analyst** to support the next phase of our fleet project and help strengthen reporting across our Fleet, Workshop and Finance teams. The role is split between supporting Fleet \& Workshop reporting and projects, and assisting with Group reporting, tender support and business analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early\-career analyst who enjoys working with data, investigating trends and turning information into meaningful business insights.

• *About the role**

Reporting to the Financial Analyst, you will help collect, validate and analyse data from across the Group. You will contribute to fleet and workshop KPI reporting, Power BI dashboards, monthly financial reporting, tender analysis and wider business projects.

Working alongside our Finance, Fleet, Workshop and ICT teams, you will gain practical exposure to commercial analysis, tender preparation and cost analysis, fleet performance and operational decision\-making within a large and diverse transport business.

• *Your key responsibilities will include**

• Collecting, cleansing, validating and maintaining data from multiple systems.
• Preparing regular and ad hoc reports, reconciliations and supporting analysis.
• Helping to develop and enhance Fleet and Workshop KPI reporting.
• Assisting with Power BI reports, dashboards and reporting datasets.
• Analysing performance trends, exceptions and key measures.
• Supporting fleet project reporting, implementation and ongoing performance monitoring.
• Investigating discrepancies between source data, systems and reports.
• Assisting with tender preparation, pricing scenarios and detailed cost analysis.
• Supporting monthly reporting, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Maintaining clear documentation of reporting processes, calculations and assumptions.

• *What we're looking for**

You may be a recent graduate ready to begin your career or have one to two years' experience in data, reporting, finance or analysis. More importantly, you will bring curiosity, strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in using data to solve problems. Our ideal candidate will have:

• A tertiary qualification in accounting, commerce, data or a related discipline.
• Solid Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables and large datasets.
• Some experience with Power BI or a similar reporting tool.
• An analytical approach and the ability to identify trends, unusual results and data issues.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• A positive, organised and dependable working style.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and meet agreed timeframes.
• An interest in data, transport operations, finance or commercial analysis.
