Data Analyst

• *Job Summary**

The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting business data to support strategic decision\-making across departments such as Sales, Marketing, Production, Quality Assurance, Purchase, Finance, and Human Resources. The role focuses on identifying trends, preparing reports, monitoring KPIs, and providing actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and business performance.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple business functions.
• Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
• Analyze sales performance, territory\-wise growth, product\-wise sales, and market trends.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reports for management.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight deviations.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, demand planning, and inventory analysis.
• Identify business trends and recommend data\-driven improvements.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, QA, Production, Purchase, Finance, and HR teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, confidentiality, and integrity.
• Assist management in preparing presentations and business review reports.

• *Educational Qualification**

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or certification in Data Analytics is preferred.

• *Experience**

• 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, MIS Executive, or Business Analyst.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, Ayurvedic, healthcare, or FMCG industry is preferred.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel).
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization.
• Experience with ERP systems and CRM software.
• Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and logical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments within deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
