About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate **Data Analyst Trainer** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong industry expertise in Data Analytics along with a passion for teaching, mentoring, and guiding aspiring professionals. You will be responsible for delivering high\-quality training programs, developing course content, mentoring students, and supporting placement readiness initiatives.

Key Skills Required

• Advanced proficiency in **Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau**
• Strong understanding of **Data Cleaning, Data Visualization, and Dashboard Development**
• Knowledge of **Statistics, Reporting Techniques, and Data Analysis Concepts**
• Experience with **Python or R** (preferred)
• Understanding of **SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall Methodologies**
• Familiarity with tools such as **Jira, MS Visio, and Balsamiq**
• Experience in **Requirement Gathering, Stakeholder Management, and Process Modeling**
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom, online, and hybrid training sessions on Data Analytics.
• Develop and continuously improve training content, assignments, projects, quizzes, and assessments.
• Mentor students and provide guidance on real\-world projects and case studies.
• Conduct doubt\-clearing sessions and provide learning support.
• Train and mentor junior trainers to ensure consistent training quality.
• Supervise internships, assignments, and training program outcomes.
• Conduct demo sessions, webinars, and workshops.
• Support placement activities by conducting mock interviews and career guidance sessions.
• Handle prospective learner queries and provide course\-related information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance learning outcomes and training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3\+ years of hands\-on experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.
• Prior experience in training, mentoring, teaching, or educational roles is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple batches based on business requirements, including weekday and weekend schedules.
• Comfortable handling classroom and virtual training sessions.
• Willingness to undertake additional responsibilities as required by the organization.

Pay: ₹500,000\.00 \- ₹700,000\.00 per year
