• *Job Overview**

FIXLY Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring skilled technicians for data centre installation, IT infrastructure deployment, commissioning, testing, and migration. Candidates will work with server racks, network equipment, storage systems, cabling infrastructure, and data centre relocation projects at client locations.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Install data centre infrastructure, server racks, network racks, servers, switches, routers, firewalls, storage systems, blade chassis, PDUs, and KVM equipment.
• Set up consoles and perform fibre installation, copper cabling, patch\-panel installation, rack dressing, cable management, and equipment labelling.
• Perform data centre, server, and network commissioning.
• Conduct hardware testing, connectivity testing, power testing, redundancy testing, RAID validation, firmware validation, and hardware health checks.
• Prepare technical documentation, service reports, and as\-built documentation.
• Support data centre migration, server relocation, rack relocation, and complete data centre moves.
• Perform hardware de\-racking and re\-racking during relocation projects.
• Assist with branch and data centre (DC) migration activities.
• Coordinate equipment transportation and support planned shutdowns, startups, equipment reconnection, and migration activities.
• Verify equipment installation and connectivity following commissioning or migration.

• *Required Qualifications \& Skills**

• Knowledge of server racks, data centre infrastructure, networking equipment, and storage systems.
• Understanding of structured cabling, fibre optics, copper cabling, power connections, and cable management.
• Ability to perform equipment installation, hardware testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with RAID, firmware validation, redundancy, and hardware health checks.
• Ability to follow technical documentation, labelling standards, and data centre safety procedures.
• Willingness to travel to client locations and perform on\-site assignments.
• ITI, Diploma, or degree in Computer Hardware, IT, Electronics, Networking, or a related field is preferred. Relevant hands\-on experience is also valued.

Compensation depends on technical skills, assignment complexity, and the volume of work completed.
