Position Details

Required Qualifications

• ⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• ⁠ ⁠Master's degree is an added advantage.

• ⁠ ⁠8\+ years of experience in IT Operations, Data Engineering, Service Management, Analytics, or Automation.

• ⁠ ⁠Proven experience in ServiceNow reporting and ITSM analytics.

• ⁠ ⁠Strong experience with Master Data Management platforms, preferably Microsoft MDS.

• ⁠ ⁠Experience leading cross\-functional initiatives and operational improvement programs.

• ⁠ ⁠Demonstrated success in automation implementation and productivity improvement.
