Data Entry Executive (TALLY ERP9.0)

NICK PETROCHEM PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Data Entry Executive with excellent control over Tally ERP 9\.0\. The candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, maintaining accounting records, and supporting daily office and accounts\-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurate data entry and record maintenance in Tally ERP 9\.0
• Entry of purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal vouchers
• Maintain ledgers, stock entries, and accounting records
• Ensure correctness and timeliness of all data entries
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of records
• Generate reports from Tally as required by management
• **Coordinate with internal teams for data verification and corrections**
• Skills \& Requirements
• Excellent working knowledge of Tally ERP 9\.0 (mandatory) **Good knowledge of MS Excel** Strong attention to detail and accuracy **Basic understanding of accounting principles** Ability to handle confidential data responsibly

Experience

• Experience in data entry / accounts preferred • Freshers with strong Tally ERP 9\.0 knowledge may also apply

Job Types: Full\-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
