Job Description – Data Entry Operator (Tally)

• *Industry:** Electrical \& Engineering Industry
• *Location:** Chandni Chowk, Kolkata
• *Salary:** ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• *Experience:** 1–3 Years (Preferred)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily data entry and accounting\-related work using Tally.
• Maintain purchase and sales entries, invoices and billing records.
• Update and maintain data in MS Excel.
• Maintain proper records of business transactions.
• Coordinate with clients regarding orders, invoices and payment\-related queries.
• Assist with documentation and other back\-office activities.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of data entry work.

Required Skills

• Must have good knowledge of **Tally**.
• Good working knowledge of **MS Excel**.
• Client coordination and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of purchase, sales and billing entries.
• Good data entry speed and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain records and documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
