We're looking for a **Data Entry \& Operations Coordinator** who is highly organized, detail\-oriented, and enjoys working with data and people alike. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable managing large volumes of information, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring day\-to\-day operations run seamlessly.

You will be a part of our Fulfilment \& Operations Team, where you'll receive hands\-on training and work closely with internal teams, courier partners, and external vendors.

  • *What You'll Get to Do**
  • Manage and maintain large volumes of operational data with accuracy.
  • Work extensively on Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, reporting, and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with courier partners and external vendors for day\-to\-day operational activities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact (POC) between internal teams and external service providers.
  • Track shipments, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely follow\-ups.
  • Maintain organized records, reports, and documentation.
  • Support the fulfilment team in improving operational efficiency and processes.
  • Identify problems, resolve the issues proactively, and suggest solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of daily operations.
  • *What We're Looking For**
  • 1–2 years of experience in data entry, operations, coordination, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, sorting, lookups, data management, etc.).
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive, solution\-oriented, and alert mindset.
  • Comfortable coordinating with both internal teams and external vendors.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast\-paced environment.

  • *Work Days**: Monday to Saturday
  • *Timings**: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • *Compensation**: Based on experience and skill set

Pay: ₹20,000\.88 \- ₹35,000\.63 per month
