We are looking for a detail\-oriented and responsible **Data Entry \& Operations Executive** to manage sales invoice creation, data entry, and operational support activities. The ideal candidate should have strong accuracy, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to maintain organized records while ensuring smooth day\-to\-day operations.
· Create and manage sales invoices accurately and on time.
· Enter, update, and maintain customer and sales data in company systems.
· Verify invoice details, payment records, and customer information.
· Maintain organized digital records and documentation.
· Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, and Operations teams for invoice processing.
· Track pending invoices and follow up for required approvals.
· Generate basic reports related to invoicing and operations.
· Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company processes.
· Support administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
· Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Entry, Operations, Administration, or Invoice Processing.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools.
· Basic understanding of invoicing, billing, and documentation processes.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Good organizational and time\-management skills.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Experience with accounting, CRM, ERP, or billing software.
· Familiarity with GST invoices and basic accounting concepts.
