Job Description

  • *Job Purpose**

To accurately enter, update, and maintain company data in computer systems, ensuring information is complete, correct, and available for business operations.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Enter production, inventory, purchase, sales, or other departmental data into the company's ERP or computer system.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entering it into the system.
  • Maintain and update records, files, and databases.
  • Generate reports as required by management.
  • Scan, file, and organize physical and digital documents.
  • Coordinate with different departments to collect required information.
  • Correct data errors and ensure timely updates.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Assist in documentation, filing, and administrative tasks.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and data security guidelines.
  • *Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • *Skills \& Competencies**
  • Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines.
  • *Experience**
  • 1–3 years of experience in data entry or administrative support.
  • Experience in a textile manufacturing company is preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
