Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator

To maintain accurate records, perform data entry, prepare reports, analyse data, and generate MIS reports using MS Excel. The candidate should have good working knowledge of Excel formulas, lookup functions, Pivot Tables, and data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily data entry and maintain records in Excel and other company systems.
• Prepare, update, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Work on large Excel datasets and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Use Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, and conditional formatting.
• Create and maintain Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts for data analysis and reporting.
• Perform data reconciliation, identify discrepancies, and correct errors.
• Prepare employee, attendance, payroll, production, inventory, or other operational reports as required.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely submission of reports.
• Coordinate with different departments for data collection and verification.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
• Practical experience in VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and HLOOKUP.
• Good understanding of Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts.
• Knowledge of Excel formulas and functions.
• Data Sorting, Filtering, Data Validation, and Conditional Formatting.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and email communication.
