• *Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail\-oriented and efficient Data Entry Executive to manage and maintain accurate records of company data. The ideal candidate should possess strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle large volumes of information while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
• Verify the accuracy of data before and after entry.
• Review and correct data discrepancies or errors.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical records.
• Generate reports and retrieve information as required.
• Ensure data confidentiality and security at all times.
• Coordinate with different departments to collect and update information.
• Perform regular data backups and maintain proper documentation.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly data entry targets.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
• Good typing speed with high accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of data management and record\-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Prior experience in data entry, MIS, back\-office operations, or administrative roles.
• Familiarity with CRM software and database management systems.

• *Working Conditions**

• Full\-time position.

• Fixed working hours with occasional deadline\-driven tasks.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
