Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• *1\. Invoicing \& Billing Operations**

• Execute the complete billing lifecycle: generate, review, and issue proforma invoices, tax invoices, credit notes, and debit notes with zero error tolerance.
• Demonstrate mastery of GST parameters, including Place of Supply (POS), intra\-state vs. inter\-state transactions (CGST/SGST vs. IGST), HSN/SAC codes, and GSTIN validations across multiple states.
• Ensure precise contract\-to\-billing alignment, cross\-checking commercial agreements, renewals, and client retainers against generated invoices.
• Manage bulk invoicing workflows and automate routine billing data extraction from CRM and internal platforms.

• *2\. General Accounting, Ledgers \& Balance Sheet Support**

• Maintain and verify sales ledgers, customer sub\-ledgers, and general ledger (GL) entries with strict accounting discipline.
• Perform routine ledger scrutiny to identify misclassifications, unmatched balances, or posting errors.
• Reconcile debtor ledgers (Accounts Receivable), track overdue payments, and collaborate with internal account managers to resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
• Assist senior management with month\-end and year\-end closing schedules, contributing to accurate Balance Sheet schedules (sundry debtors, unbilled revenue, advances from customers, and GST liability accounts).
• Conduct monthly revenue reconciliation between billed revenue, collected funds, and general ledger reports.

• *3\. Compliance \& Document Integrity**

• Verify tax components (TDS deductions by clients, GST output liability) against statutory expectations.
• Maintain organized digital archives of invoices, payment receipts, client agreements, and tax declarations for internal audits and GST filings.
• Protect client confidentiality and safeguard corporate financial records under standard internal controls.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹17,000\.00 per month
