• *Job Description:**

We are seeking a detail\-oriented and dedicated **Data Entry Operator** to join our **Medical Records Department**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining patient records and health information in our hospital's electronic systems. Freshers are welcome to apply—on\-the\-job training will be provided.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Accurately enter patient information, medical histories, treatment details, and other data into hospital databases and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of patient data at all times, adhering to hospital policies and applicable regulations.
• Verify and cross\-check data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical medical records for easy retrieval and reference.
• Assist in generating reports, summaries, and documentation as required.
• Perform regular backups and updates to the data systems to ensure data integrity.

• *Required Skills and Qualifications:**

• Minimum qualification: Any degree
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Good typing speed with high accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare setting.
