Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator

We are an established insurance office in Ludhiana transitioning our operations into the digital space. We are looking for an energetic, detail\-oriented **Fresher** who wants to learn the ins and outs of the insurance industry.

You will start with a dedicated 3\-month project to digitize our physical records. This phase will double as your training period, helping you naturally learn insurance policies, terms, and client management. Once the training is complete, you will step into a permanent operational role managing weekly records and coordinating directly with top insurance companies.

• *Monthly Compensation \& Benefits**

• Months 1 to 3 (Training \& Digitisation Phase): **₹8,000 per month (Stipend)**
• Month 4 Onwards (On Permanent Selection): **₹12,000 per month (Fixed Salary)**

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Phase 1: Months 1 to 3 (90% Data Entry \& 10% Training)**

• Accurately input client, vehicle, and policy details from physical files into MS Excel/Software.
• Maintain clean and organized digital records of historic office data.
• Learn core insurance basics (Policy terms, premiums, claims process, etc.) during daily tasks.

• *Phase 2: Month 4 Onwards (40% Data Entry \& 60% Coordination)**

• Perform regular, weekly data entry for new clients.
• Coordinate with major insurance companies via phone calls and WhatsApp to fetch premium quotes, track policy status, and resolve queries.

• *Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)**

• **Education:** 12th Pass or any Graduate (B.Com / BBA / BCA preferred but not mandatory).

• *Skills:**

• Decent computer typing speed with basic knowledge of **MS Excel** or Google Sheets.
• Ability to read and write Hindi, Punjabi, and basic English.
• Professional and polite speaking skills over the phone and WhatsApp.

• *Work Ethic:** High level of honesty, punctuality, and a strong desire to learn a stable career skill.

• *Experience:** 100% Freshers are welcome! No prior insurance knowledge is needed, we will teach you everything.

Pay: ₹8,000\.00 \- ₹8,001\.00 per month
