- **Data Entry \& Management**
- Enter and maintain accurate records of beneficiaries, programs, and finances.
- Update MIS databases regularly to ensure data integrity.
- **Reporting \& Documentation**
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for donors and management.
- Support in compiling project documentation and audit requirements.
- **Coordination with Field Teams**

Collect data from field staff and ensure timely submission.
Provide guidance on formats and reporting standards.**Data Analysis**Generate dashboards and charts to track project progress.Highlight gaps or trends for management decision‑making.Working on Sunday for 5 flexible working hour, weekoff is on Monday.- *Qualifications \& Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Commerce ,or Social Work**.
- **1–2 years of experience** in MIS, data entry, or NGO project support.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel, and database systems**.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with field and office teams.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills.
- Problem‑solving and analytical mindset.
