Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and responsible **Data Entry Operator** to support our clinical research study team with study data management, patient follow\-up coordination, and documentation.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• **Study Data Entry**
• Enter patient and study\-related information from source documents and Case Report Forms (CRFs) into the designated study database.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updating of study records.
• Update patient records based on information received during follow\-ups.
• **Patient Follow\-up Coordination**
• Coordinate with enrolled patients for scheduled study visits and follow\-ups.
• Make follow\-up calls and reminders as per study requirements.
• Collect and document relevant follow\-up information and communicate updates to the study team.
• **Data Documentation \& Tracking**
• Maintain patient follow\-up records and visit status.
• Track missing, incomplete, and pending data.
• Assist in reconciliation and updating of study records.
• **Confidentiality \& Data Protection**
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and study\-related documents.
• Ensure appropriate handling and protection of sensitive study data.
• **General Study Support**
• Provide administrative and data\-related assistance to the study team.
• Support the Principal Investigator and study team in maintaining accurate and complete study documentation.

• *Desired Skills:**

• Good typing and data entry skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Prior experience in clinical research or healthcare data entry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹11,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
