We are seeking a detail\-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Enter and update data accurately in company databases and software systems. Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies. Maintain records and files in an organized manner. Generate reports as required by management.
Coordinate with different departments to collect and update information.
Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
Perform other administrative and data management tasks as assigned. Bachelor's degree (Graduate) from a recognized institution. Basic to intermediate computer skills, including MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). Working knowledge of SAP is preferred. Good typing speed and accuracy. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Good communication skills. Experience in data entry, administration, or related roles.
