Data Entry Operator (DEO)

• *Job Summary :**

We are looking for a detail\-oriented Data Entry Operator for our Stores Department to manage inventory records, material inward and outward entries, stock registers and store documentation. The candidate should have basic computer knowledge, MS Excel skills and the ability to maintain accurate inventory records.

• *Key Roles \& Responsibilities :**

• Maintain daily material inward and outward records.
• Enter material receipts, issues and stock transactions into the ERP / inventory system.
• Maintain stock registers, inventory records and material issue registers.
• Prepare and update Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and material issue documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Maintain Bin Cards and follow FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures wherever applicable.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production and other departments for material requirements.
• Ensure proper storage, identification and arrangement of materials.
• Maintain daily store records, documentation and inventory reports.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the Stores Department.
• Report stock discrepancies, shortages and material\-related issues to the Stores In\-Charge.

• *Required Skills \& Competencies :**

• 1–3 years of experience in Stores / Inventory / Data Entry operations.
• Basic knowledge of Inventory Management and Stock Maintenance.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and computer operations.
• Knowledge of Material Inward \& Outward, GRN and Stock Registers.
• Understanding of FIFO, Bin Cards and Inventory Control.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Knowledge of ERP / Inventory Management Software will be an added advantage.

• *Salary:** Up to ₹18,000 per month.

• *Immediate Joiners Preferred.**

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month
