Data Entry Operator (DEO)

• *Government Portal \& Application Work**

• Register and file rooftop solar applications on the National Portal for Rooftop Solar (PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana) and relevant State DISCOM portals.
• Enter consumer, sanctioned load, and system details accurately on net\-metering / net\-billing portals of the concerned DISCOM (e.g. BRPL, BYPL, TPDDL, DHBVN, UHBVN, and others as applicable).
• Upload required documents — electricity bill, ID/address proof, photographs, load sanction, and technical papers — in the correct format and size.
• Generate, track, and update application/registration numbers, feasibility approvals, and net\-meter installation requests.

• *Subsidy Processing**

• Prepare and submit subsidy (CFA) claims on the national portal after commissioning and inspection.
• Enter and verify beneficiary bank details, Aadhaar, and consumer data required for subsidy disbursement.
• Follow up on the portal for subsidy release status and record credit confirmations for each customer.

• *Documentation \& Record\-Keeping**

• Maintain a master tracker of every application — stage, status, pending items, approval dates, and subsidy status.
• Prepare, scan, and file net\-metering agreements, application forms, and inspection reports (physical and digital).
• Keep customer folders complete and audit\-ready with all Government of India and DISCOM paperwork.

• *Coordination \& Follow\-up**

• Coordinate with the sales, projects, and site teams to collect documents and confirm commissioning details.
• Follow up with DISCOM offices and portal helpdesks to resolve queries, rejections, and pending approvals.
• Provide daily/weekly status updates to the reporting manager on all live applications and subsidy claims.
