• *Responsibilities and Duties**

• Reviewing and extracting medical records as per instructions
• Organizing documents in chronological order
• Categorizing records based on DOI (Prior, DOI, Post DOI)
• Segregating records facility\-wise and by report type
• Bookmarking PDFs for easy navigation
• Compiling documents into the Discovery section
• preparing Table of Contents (TOC) sheet

Job Types: Full\-time, Volunteer

Pay: ₹13,500\.00 per month
