We are looking for a detail\-oriented and efficient **Data Entry Operator with strong MS Excel skills** to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in data entry, spreadsheet management, data cleaning, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in MS Excel.
• Create, format, and manage Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Use Excel formulas such as SUM, IF, COUNTIF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and other functions.
• Perform data sorting, filtering, cleaning, and validation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
• Identify and correct data errors and duplicate entries.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure data accuracy.
• Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Good typing speed with high accuracy.
• Knowledge of Excel formulas, PivotTables, sorting, and filtering.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and file management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass; graduation is preferred.
• Previous experience in data entry or MIS work is an advantage.
• Candidates with practical Excel knowledge will be preferred.
