We are looking for a detail\-oriented Data Entry Operator to support material movement tracking and invoice entry processes at our polyhouses. The role involves maintaining accurate records, updating data in the ERP system, and ensuring timely entries. Candidates with prior ERP and data entry experience are preferred. Training will be provided on the specific systems and processes. **Responsibilities**

• Track and update material movement records for the polyhouses.
• Enter and maintain invoice details accurately in the system.
• Use Unicom and other relevant systems to record and update data.
• Verify entries and ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
• Maintain organised documentation and support day\-to\-day data entry requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant team members to resolve discrepancies in records and entries.

• *Requirements**

• Prior experience in data entry and working with ERP systems is preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Good typing speed with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain records and handle repetitive data entry tasks consistently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the required systems and processes.
• Ability to work from the Talegaon MIDC (Ambi) location, on the outskirts of Pune city.
