• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in data platform processes and workflows.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross\-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Professional \& Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
• Experience with cloud\-based data processing and analytics platforms.
• Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and best practices.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable data pipelines.
• Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks and big data technologies.
