Role Summary
The Senior Band 3 Supervisor is accountable for the day\-to\-day leadership, performance management, and delivery of Data Quality outcomes across the Data Enablement function within International Health Delivery Services (IHDS). This role provides operational leadership across multiple specialised roles, ensuring high\-quality, compliant, and timely maintenance of provider data across core platforms including PRM, PIMS, Globalcare, Actisure, Mainframe and Diamond.
The Supervisor translates strategic intent into clear execution, owns delivery against agreed SLAs and KPIs, embeds quality and control frameworks, and acts as the escalation point for complex data, quality, and operational risks. The role partners closely with Senior Managers, Business Owners, Technology, and Clinical stakeholders to ensure provider data remains accurate, complete, and fit for business and regulatory purposes.

1\. People Leadership Capability Management

- Set clear objectives, performance expectations, and development plans aligned to Data Enablement strategy.
- Coach, mentor, and upskill team members, ensuring strong technical capability, quality mindset, and role clarity.
- Manage capacity planning and work allocation across teams to meet changing business priorities.
- Lead performance interventions where required, including quality remediation, coaching plans, and escalation.
2\. Operational Delivery Oversight
- Own end\-to\-end delivery of provider data cleansing, validation, audit, and bulk update activities.
- Ensure adherence to documented operating procedures, controls, and data governance standards.
- Monitor delivery against agreed SLAs, turnaround times, and quality thresholds.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex data issues, bulk update risks, or audit failures.
- Ensure appropriate segregation of duties between data execution, validation, and audit activities.
3\. Data Quality, Audit Control
- Embed robust quality assurance and audit frameworks across provider data activities.
- Review audit findings, trends, and root cause analysis; ensure corrective actions are defined and implemented.
- Provide oversight of Critical Data Elements (CDEs), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
- Validate readiness for audits, regulatory reviews, and internal assurance activities.
4\. Stakeholder Cross\-Functional Engagement
- Partner with Business Owners, Technology, Operations, and Clinical stakeholders to prioritise provider data work.
- Translate business priorities into clear execution plans and team\-level deliverables.
- Provide concise, risk\-based updates to senior leadership on delivery status, issues, and mitigations.
- Represent Data Enablement in cross\-functional forums related to provider data, risk, and governance.
5\. Continuous Improvement Automation
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through automation, tooling, and process optimisation.
- Work with Data Integration Developers to prioritise scalable bulk solutions and sustainable fixes.
- Drive standardisation of templates, controls, metrics, and reporting across teams.
- Embed a continuous improvement culture focused on accuracy, efficiency, and risk reduction.

- On\-time delivery of prioritised cleansing, audit, and bulk update activities.

Required Skills Experience
- Proven experience leading teams within data management, data quality, or operational excellence functions.
- Strong understanding of provider data domains and systems (PRM, PAS, Globalcare, Actisure, Diamond, Mainframe).
- Experience operating within governed, regulated, or audit\-driven environments.
- Ability to balance hands\-on operational oversight with strategic prioritisation.
- Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience within healthcare, insurance, or international health services environments.
- Exposure to bulk data operations, ETL processes, or data integration tooling.
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks, CDE management, and audit methodologies.
- Experience leading teams across multiple role types or disciplines.
