About the Role

• We're looking for an experienced Data Science Manager to lead projects, manage teams, and deliver insights that drive business decisions — especially in the insurance industry.

What You'll Do

• Lead multiple large projects from start to finish
• Work directly with US\-based clients to solve business problems using data
• Build and mentor a strong data science team
• Turn data into insights that guide business strategy
• Use insurance industry knowledge to build risk and predictive models

• *What You Need:**

• *Education \& Experience:**

• Engineering degree
• 10\+ years in data science and analytics, including team/project leadership
• Experience delivering projects for US clients

• *Skills:**

• Strong hands\-on experience (5–10 years) with Python, SQL, AI/ML, and Tableau
• Good understanding of insurance processes and risk modeling
• Familiarity with DataRobot and Akur8 (model deployment platforms)
• Ability to build and scale ML solutions for large organizations
